A harmless and secure solution in the battle against harmful microrganisms

As we have witnessed during the current Covid-19 emergency and in response to upcoming and future diseases, a general protection for clean areas, hospital rooms, fabrics and public buildings is essential. JETI´s newly developed, anti-covid airshower, combines two systems which have both been proven effective over years of testing:

Our standard airshower, JETIair, which was originally designed for ‘clean room’ decontamination purposes, has been combined with a safe and secure anti-covid ultraviolet system made by HERAEUS, which results in a product that will help to keep any sensitive zones, that must remain free from foreign or undesirable matter, clear of viruses and other microorganisms.

The JETIair anticovid airshower is a hermetically sealed circulating air system. By counter locking doors the airshower works like a controlled decontamination sluice. A high-pressure fan produces an intense air stream which eliminates any particles from a person´s clothes. The dissolved particles are removed immediately through an air channel. Within the air channel a UV-C lighting system destroys any viruses and microorganisms. UV-C systems are commonly used to destroy contaminants, because the ultraviolet lights damage the organism’s DNA and the UV-C lights also create an ozone-free atmosphere. The JETI anticovid UV-C lighting system is fully covered and invisibly placed, so there is no UV light directly exposed to the person. In addition to the UV-C operating air-disinfection, a two step filtering system cleans the air. A pre-filter removes visible particles, and a HEPA filter removes all the invisible particles.

The doors of our JETI anticovid airshowers are safe and user-friendly and include transparent safety glass panels which allow the user to see outside of the cabinet, and additional lights illuminate the interior space of the airshower. All these features help the users feel comfortable and safe while decontamination is proceeding. In any emergency, a user or operator can push buttons inside or outside the cabinet to stop the decontamination process and open all the doors immediately.

Maintenance doors provide easy and fast access to maintain the UV lights and airshower filters and the interior walls of the JETI anticovid airshower are absolutely flat and seamless for easy cleaning. In addition, a lifetime warranty covering the basic components guarantees the reliable operation of the airshower for many years to come.
